Post Wise Exam Pattern for the Written Exam is as Follows:-
For Sr. Medical Officer/JE (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) & Sr. Accountant (200 Questions):
- Exam Will be Objective Type.
- Questions will be in the form of MCQs.
- Total Number of Questions in this exam will be 200 questions.
- Maximum marks for this exam will be 200 marks.
- Every question will be of 1 mark each.
- Time allocated for this exam will be of 180 minutes.
- Medium of this exam will be Hindi & English.
- There will be a Negative Marking of 0.25 marks.
For Assistant Rajbhasha Officer Post (110 Questions):
- Exam Will be of Objective as well as Descriptive Type.
- Questions will be in the form of MCQs & Subjective Questions.
- Total Number of Questions in this exam will be 110 questions.
- Maximum marks for this exam will be 200 marks.
- Every MCQ will be of 1 mark each while Descriptive Question will be of 10 mark each.
- Time allocated for this exam will be of 180 minutes.
- Medium of this exam will be Hindi & English.
- There will be a Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for MCQs & No Negative Marking for Descriptive Questions.

- Part-I consists of 140 MCQ of the concerned discipline.
- Part-II consists of 30 MCQ on General Awareness and
- Part-III of 30 MCQ on Reasoning
For Assistant Rajbhasha Officer Post (110 Questions):
- Part-I consists of 40 MCQ of the concerned discipline and 10 Descriptive Type questions.
- Part-II consists of 30 MCQ on General Awareness and
- Part-III of 30 MCQ on Reasoning
